VMBAH is powered by volunteers.
Whether you have an hour or an entire weekend, your time helps maintain local trails, support youth programs, and create memorable community events.
No experience is necessary—we'll help you find a role that's a good fit.
Don't miss upcoming rides, races, trail work days, and community events.

Volunteer Opportunities
Help make race day a success by serving as a course marshal, timer, medical volunteer, grill crew, setup or cleanup volunteer, or in another important role.
Check out our complete event calendar for trail work days, community rides, SprocKidz activities, meetings, races, and special events throughout the year.
Our SprocKidz Youth Mountain Bike Program introduces young riders to mountain biking through fun, skill-building sessions in a safe and encouraging environment.
Participants learn bike handling skills, trail etiquette, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors.
Great trails don't maintain themselves.
Trail work days are an opportunity to give back to the places we all enjoy. Whether you're experienced with trail tools or helping for the first time, everyone is welcome.
Volunteer activities may include brushing, tread repair, drainage improvements, signage, and general trail maintenance.
