Valley Mountain Bikers and Hikers is a recreational trail advocacy group based in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley region of Alaska. We are dedicated to increasing the quality and quantity of sustainable traits for hikers and mountain bikers throughout the Matanuska-Susitna Valley.

A summer program for kids ages 8-18 that introduces kids to mountain biking, and promotes fitness through the pursuit of fun. The program is family-oriented; parents are welcome and encouraged to participate in all the activities. The program runs from mid May through mid July. read more here..
The State of the Trails report summarizes the findings of trail assessments done by VMBaH over the past 4 years. It provides a snapshot of the condition of twenty-seven trails located throughout the valley. The report will be used to advocate for funding for trail upgrades and repairs. visit page..
